Unless you're willing to spend a lot on a new alarm system, you may
have to just live with the problem.
The only cure I can think of is to go with a system that uses fiber
optics to communicate with the satellite stations. The problem
you're having is due to lightning causing voltage fluctuations in the
signal wires which the main panel reads as alarm conditions.
