You might want to also look at the "Finding Families Stories" project that
was initiated by the Japanese American National Museum in 1995. "Finding
Family Stories" was based on the premise that cultural institutions
representing different ethnic communities could learn from each other both
organizationally and culturally and that the best way to learn is through
the actual process of conceptualizing and working together on a project.
