I'm sorry, but the question does not give enough information.  From the
wording, it seems that you want to know if a piece was *properly*
conserved.  If the treatment matched the treatment proposal, then the
"condition of conservation" may be all that could reasonably be expected.

Client satisfaction alone may not be a valid evaluation criterion.
