You might want to try Ernie Pazmany at the Smithsonian Museum Shops.
He buys many exhibit specific dolls. Since the National Museum of American History has an excellent first Ladies Exhibit, he may be of some help. His number is 202-287-3563.
( I was at the for the Smithsonian for 9 years and can't think of a better commercial source).
