In this area, we would go to Keast & Hood structural engineers.
215-625-0099.  President is Dean Dukakis.  Senior engineer, formerly
president, is Nick Gianopulos.  They're top notch from our vantage point
in preservation structural issues in general and probably have worked
with fire damage, though not with our firm. Robert Sillman of NYC has a
good reputation.  In DC, James Madison Cutts is well known and takes
care of major landmarks like the Jefferson Memorial.  We've worked some
with both the latter two, though not to the same extent as Keast & Hood.
