I find that the number one request from teachers and administration is
that the program tie in with the student's curriculum. We do this type of
planning in two ways. One by getting the local school curriculum and
tailoring our programs to tie in and also by using a focus school, where
teachers can give us feedback on the program planning. In addition, as an
art museum, we have chosen to use aesthetic methods that are used in the
local schools and taught in our art education program.
