 Sandy - If you don't mind relocating and would like a real challenge, I suggest City University in London, England.  I just graduated from their MA program "Museum and Gallery Management".  What better place to study museums/galleries than in the cultural capital!  Here's one of the coordinators e-mail addresses if interested.
