OUTREACH PROFESSIONAL

Coordinator needed for outreach programs at local arts organization.
Will be responsible for administration and coordinating the delivery of
arts programs in multiple sites in an urban environment, including
working with artists, neighborhoods and community.  The successful
candidate must have:

        - a high degree of organization and efficiency,
        - excellent oral and written communication skills,
        - computer skills for database maintenance,
        - an understanding of program administration in a
                not-for-profit agency,
        - cultural awareness skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures,
        - an outgoing personality and ease in meeting the public,
        - proven problem-solving and management skills, and
        - creativity and vision for project development.
