Currently we use CorelParadox8. It serves well for what we do, but we
want to get a little more advanced in the way we can input our provenance
information and exhibitions related information as well as manage our
collections' photography. We could probably use Paradox8 to tie in our
photographs to the records, but we haven't had time to learn how. From
past demo disks I have seen, most of the collections management software
seem to do the same job, and are highly expensive. On a small scale, if
you can just work with MSAccess or other Paradox, you'll be fine, but if
you want to integrate more information, and tie in your records by the
various "modules" offered, then perhaps PastPerfect or Re:discovery might
be of benefit to you.
