Andy, Thanks for the news about the artion of men/women in high level museum jobs.  It is good to know - but I still wonder about the institutions.  Most of the Historic House Directors I know are women and we are barely tolerated by the male directors of larger institutions.  I think they don't really think that we "count".  I am pleased with your numbers.
