Agreed.  But where are we underlings supposed to get those 2-4
years of experience that gets us in the door if not from 8 or
10 internships (some farsically referred to as "jobs") with
little or no pay.  Its silly that people do put up with it, but
at present "its all we got."  Nice to know that other people
find this as ridiculous.
