The original message was right on target. Ask very specific things
tell them what, how much, how long, etc. The only thing I do differently
is offer them two choices could you do ... or would ... be more to your
interest? I also try to get two pwopeople assigned to a task
because often one fears that if they can meet the committment then
nothing will havppen and they will have let you down. With two people
they have back up and generaly both come work together and I have over
come thier concern about lettting me down and gotten the job done in
less time.
