     Pueblo Grande is an archaeological site museum, part of the City of
     Phoenix Parks, Recreation, and Library Department.  The position is in
     Visitor Services.

     Essential Functions:  This position is responsible for taking
     admission fees, routine public programming and interpretation,
     coordinating volunteer tour guides, and assisting groups who use the
     museum's Community Room.

     Work Schedule: The position is assigned minimally 21 hours a week,
     Sunday through Tuesday. The incumbent may be called upon to work
     flexible hours, including evenings and special events.

     Qualifications:  College course work in museum studies, anthropology,
     history, or related field.  Demonstrated experience working with the
     public, using business machines, and cash handling is required.
     Computer literate, strong communication and customer service skills.

     Salary:  $12.00/hour. NO BENEFITS.
