Well I would not hold it against a candidate. But then again I am someone
who has worked in higher ed and is a product of an accellerated MBA
program. I guess I look at degrees in general with sketicism since a degree
alone does not make a good employee. Plenty of people can collect a vast
amount of information on a subject of interest, but if they cannot put it
to use, or interpret ideas to others, they are not a good employee. Now,
the degree does get the interview.
