If you are interested in Canadian statistics, the Council for Business
and the Arts in Canada publishes statistics on 15-20 university
galleries and museums in its Annual Survey of Public Museums and Arts
Galleries.  It is located at 165 University Avenue, Suite 705, Toronto,
Ontario, M5H 3B8.  Also Statistics Canada has that information but ones
needs permission from institutions to access it.
