Even if there have already been several recommendations given I should like
to add an opinion from across the ocean: I think you should invest the $ 25
at any rate. I found "Institutional Trauma" very interesting, sensible and
useful, especially since the case studies show what really happens in
peoples' minds and souls.
As an old museum horse I would have loved to have had the book already 20 or
30 years ago...
