Our museum has recently acquired a set of letters dating from 1903. As we are
an archaeological museum with little expertise dealing with this different
type of artifact, we would like more information on the preservation of the
letters. Currently, they have been placed in acid free mylar sheets and will
be stored in a climate controlled area. What about the bugs which have
partially eaten some of the paper? What about the fragility of the paper?
Any advice will be appreciated.
