your volunteers - a very fine meal - not "rubber chicken." By
organizing a "creative meal" - something your volunteers can not get
elsewhere - with quality food - you will be giving your volunteers a
memorable experience. Something they can look forward to each year (and
a line item in your museum's budget).
Make the meal memorable and anything else you do will be icing on the
cake.
