Jessica,
At the University of Southern California (USC, not UCLA) there is a
graduate level program for Museum Studies within the department of art
history (part of the College of Letters, Arts & Sciences). Upon
completion, you receive a masters in art history with Museum Studies.
Three years, full time. Last year is internship. First two years are
classwork and an exhibition project which results in a catalogue
publication and exhibition at Fisher Gallery (USC's art museum). The
program is excellent, combining a degree in a discipline with concentrated
museum training in collections management, acquisitions, finance, law,
exhibition analysis, etc.
Director of program: Dr. Selma Holo
For information call USC department of art history at 213-740-4552
Or visit their web site at http://www.usc.edu/dept/LAS/Art_History
To see web versions of the latest exhibitions curated by USC MSP students,

Good luck.
