MicroTouch(Tm) monitors and any good AVI program can do what you want.
having done maintenance on this type of system and others using laserdisc,
the ease of reprogramming and changing video's wins hands down on this.

Many good video programs - take your choice.  MicroTouch monitors are
reliable with good warrenties and you can get retrofit kits if you are or
have good technicians.
