I've been to the Labrot and Graham distillery and found the tour to be just wonderful - sepecially the warehouse where you can onnly smell the freshly charred oak barrels and the whickey in them.

You might want to add to the list the Star Hill DIstillery in  Loretto, KY.  This is the home of Maker's Mark Bourbon.  Also well worth the trip.
