Dear Chris,
I just happen to have been researching the same thing myself, and came
across "Standards and Guidelines for the Preservation of Historic Stained
Glass Windows" at http://www.shadetreestudios.com/restoration/sgaaa.html. I
also found a Preservation Brief on conservation of stained glass at
http://www.ncptt.nps.gov/
