HI,
This is just a quick letter of introduction to all Museum-L subscribers.
I have recently started work in the Royal Museum of Scotland, part of the
National Museums of Scotland as, Head of Visitor Services.

While in the job I would like to gather as much information and advice
from Museums and similar organisations from around the world, relative to
Visitor Services.

If you would like to drop me a line suggesting key texts, ideas used and
similar I would be grateful.
