Mia:

Since we started our web site three years ago the number of phone requests has been about the same. The difference is
that we get many e-mail messages about the web site that we did not get before (effectively increasing the total number
of requests) and in most cases phone inquires can be directed to the web (which is cheeper than sending out printed
information).
Budget wise useing the web is much cheeper in the long run than printed material the staff cost to research and write
the content is the same but there is no publication or mail cost.

If you have not already done so please add a link to <http://www.smu.edu/~anthrop/DCAB.html> This page contains
information on the archaeology associated with the sixth floor building.
