The largest artifact in the collection of the Marine Museum of the Great
Lakes is a 3,000 ton ship called the Alexander Henry - although this ship
supports itself through a bed and breakfast operation (since 1986) the big
jobs require extra effort. The red hull over the past few years faded to a
whitish pink - not good pr for the museum.
The local prison system, Corrections Canada provided an average of three men
a day for a week. They were good workers earning perks for community
service. The key to the success for us was the same as any project - a good
project manager, leader.
