We are required to submit (and keep copies of) monthly reports that
document status of projects, how key policy questions were decided,
etc. This has come in handy when staff members have mysteriously
departed (rare, but it happens!) or are taken suddenly ill.
We also have an extensive policies and procedures manual for the whole
organization, arranged by department, where we write up and submit new
policies or procedures. The business office holds and requests updates
to this manual.
