I have a request that I know others will appreciate as well. Please if you
have any control over your subject lines at all consider using the title
"job posting" in a subject line only for......gulp.....job postings! Many
of us receive more than a hundred e-mails a day for various reasons and so
we use the subject line as a means of scanning which notes to read. Job
postings are a special category and many are interested in seeing these
valuable posts. We do get frustrated when the post is not a job posting. I
am not flaming anyone at all. It is easy to be sure to simply reply to
notes taking the default header. I only wish to make readers aware that
Job postings are a special category that headers that are obsolete do make
things less accessible to many readers.

Thank you for your consideration.
