We are starting a children's museum in a small, rural community.  We are awaiting a determination letter and feel eager to put together a working board of directors.  Businesses are approaching us about sponsorships and we don't have any policies or procedures. "Collective Visions" is a big help, but I keep reading about some things I am unfamiliar with.  Having not seen any copies of the following items,  I wondered if anyone could send us copies of some real life Children's Museums':
Business Plan
Master Plan
Feasibility Study
Exhibit Plan
Strategic Plan
Marketing Plan

I am very unfamiliar with the above items, and feel very inadequate about teaching a potential board about the things we need to do.  I just wish to read examples of these items, and am willing to mail them back if you so request. The reading is for my background knowledge only. "Collective Visions" showed examples of bylaws and these proved a great teaching tool for me, since our three incorporating directors had never even read bylaws before.  I sure hope some one can help!
