Thanks to all who have generously responded to my first recruitment
questionnaire. I will be sharing the results with you after the AAM session
I am preparing on Creative Recruitng Techniques for Museums being held in
New Orleans September 11, 1998.
I'd appreciate hearing from you regarding the following additional questions:
1. Do you have a standardized interviewing process or techniques? Please
describe.
2. Are you familiar with or do you use competency-based interviewing
techniques?
3. Do you test for personality/behavioral traits? What testing method do
you use?
4. What is your principal vehicle for recruiting?
5. Who is responsible in your museum/organization for recruiting?
