I thought this topic had come up before, but I couldn't find it in the
archives...
The Outagamie County Historical Society is revamping its visitor services
policies and practices. What resources would you suggest we explore
(on-line, published, unpublished, etc.)? The goals are to improve the
visitor experience while streamlining operations and reducing confusion.
Also, any policies, manuals, or other documents anyone may have to share
would be quite welcome.
Any assistance is appreciated greatly.
