I have such a listing that I have made for my theatre design students. It
only includes the most important periods especially of Britain, France,
and America. Museum folk could probably quibble with some date choices but
I meant the document as a sort of date based Rosetta Stone as indeed there
is a translation problem between date schemes between naming periods by
topic, ruler, or calendar date.
If you send me a fax number I will try to fax a copy to you tomorrow.
OTHERS: If you would find this useful, let me know and I will see about
placing it as a web resource on our Arts to Zoo Colorado website for all
to see.
