Bob, here in San Francisco the Center for the Arts Yerba Buena Gardens
did an exhibit called "The Hall of Fame Hall of Fame" that ran I believe
from in early or mid-1997.  I'm sure their pr and/or education depts.
have the brohcure which listed all of the ones in the exhibit and the
curator might be of help since the show was developed there.  Sorry, I
