Don't charge admission to the archives, or if you do, make admission free for
members of the Institution.  I am constantly doing research at our two local
archives and if I had to pay a fee each time I would hesitate from visiting.
Sometimes I am just looking for a photograph or small piece of info., and don't
want to drain my infinately small bank account each time I need a bit of info.
