Ms. Keyser: may I suggest including an off-list email address? (OK, that's
the stuffy part. I hope what follows will help you)
We curate several small collections of photographic materials. During the
time(s) our office has physical control of the collections (in a government
agency such control may shift and shift back), the only places where paper(s)
with recycled content may be used is in record keeping (our files). Like many
other governmental agencies, we are required to use papers with high recycled
content in general office work (scratch pads; typing; and computer printing
including ink jet, dot matrix, and laser printing); HOWEVER, we are easily able
to work with rag (itself a recycled form) or other non recycled content papers
if we specify those. Thus, photographic media and the implied storage media
are of the usual professional quality.
