The Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum received ISTEA funding towards their
museum expansion.  Apparently PennDOT (PA Dept of Transportation) has made the
process challenging - bids apparently had to include info about amounts of
gravel used because it was a "road project", when the bids were actually for
exhibit design and fabrication!  I'm not sure how much money they received -
Peter Barton is the executive director.
