The Smithsonian has fired the architect for their new American Indian
Museum, a canadian named...?... who designed the museum of civilization I
think it was in Quebec.  Sorry for the vagueness, I heard the story on NPR.
 Nasty little debate between the architect and the director and contract
officer at the Smithsonian about billing.  Nothing too edifying from this
debacle, except make sure that everything having to do with money gets put
in writing.
