As part of its new master plan, Shedd Aquarium is revising its group
entry area. We're looking for places similar to ours that have a good
handle on welcoming, processing and orienting groups. Who would you
suggest we contact? It should be an institution that...
Hosts 250,000 or more school children a year
Has a total annual attendance, (general visitors + groups) of more than
1 million people
Stores group lunches and coats and orients groups
Has classrooms/laboratories etc in addition to exhibit space.
We don't ask much, do we?
What are we struggling with? The usual: traffic flow, sequence of
activities, size of support areas...and so on. Thanks, everyone.
