Please pardon cross postings.
The 1997 Annual Conference of the Museum Computer Network was
thought-provoking and interesting, not to mention a great opportunity to
renew friendships and talk "shop" with colleagues from around the world.
Please check the MCN website at http://www.mcn.edu for information about:
1) Tapes of sessions. All sessions, opening plenary, open fora, and special
lecture were professionally tape recorded and are available for purchase.
Order form is available from the MCN website.
2) Thumbnails of Open Fora. The turnout was overwhelming for the two open
fora (data standards projects and initiatives; and intellectual property
rights) and the handouts were in short supply. The thumbnails are now
available on the website.
Many thanks to those attendees who have already completed the conference
survey. If you have not yet had an opportunity to do so, please complete
the survey contained in the attached ASCII file and return to me via email.
We would like to hear your ideas and opinions!
Thanks to all who attended and I hope to see you in Santa Monica next
September!
Susan Patterson
