Sorry to take so long in replying to Tamara Grybko's message of last
week, but I am only now sitting down to read all the digest messages,
since I have been away.
In any case, the National Trust for Historic Preservation oversees the
management of 23 historic sites around the country. The Headquarters
office serves as a clearing house for its own museum properties, as
well as other institutions around the country, on a variety of issues,
including disaster and emergency planning.
We have recently prepared a very detailed bibliography on this topic,
including a specific section on the "how-tos" of writing a plan, which
I would be happy to share with any Museum-Lr's who might be
interested.
Please E-Mail me your name and address, and I will be glad to forward
it to you.
Melissa Heaver
