To quote from the confirmation that I printed when I signed on... you
may leave the list at any time by sending a

 "SIGNOFF MUSEUM-L "    (I don't believe you use the quotes)

command to

 [log in to unmask]

If it is the same as signing on, you receive a message back and
reconfirm with "ok" to complete the process.
