I'm finding past labels (where they exist) written using white-out,
fingernail polish, and Titanium Dioxide White Paint. I am replacing
them as fast as possible with a base of white or clear B72, numbers
writtenwith a crow quill, and a top coat of clear B72. I have tried
Pigma Pens, but the ink takes forever to dry, and it still tends to
smear when the top coat is put on. I've also had good results from a
Rapidograph filled with Higgins Black India Ink.
