The use of computers in exhibits should consider the following: most of our
visitors are coming in groups - and computers are mostly a
one-to-one-relationship: one user, oner computer. Plus: the poer of
computers can be used- nowadays - via INternet and others - and are not very
useful in the atmosphere of a museum - if used as normal PCs: one person
hacking away. But computers can be used in an intelligent way: for more
users, for different means etc. That's where the future for computers lies
in the field of museums.
