I seem to recall that there was an article a few years ago in that excellent journal ''Museum Management and Curatorship" about an exhibition in this museum. The exhibition had employed a number of differing styles - and consequently appeared to be as much about exhibitions as it was about food.
I'm afraid I can't recall the volume number etc - but some helpful librarian will no doubt locate it with a little dabbling in a database or two. It certainly piqued my interest about the museum.
