I am putting together a docent training guide for
museums, zoos, historical houses, gardens, and
other such facilities.

I would appreciate any anecdotal "stories" about
your experience as either a docent or as a docent
trainer, coordinator.

Oh! I am working on a chapter I have tentatively entitled
"Know Thy Audience."  Any suggestions about audiences or
what type of information you would like to see in a manual
