We are acting on behalf of the National Museum of Ireland, in Dublin, to
explore ways of using decorative arts objects (silver, cosumes, ceramics,
glass, textiles, furniture, tec.) to communicate the sodial history of
Ireland over the last serval hundred years.

Can anyone suggest particular European or North American Museums which have
used decorative arts material (as opposed to folk or traditional material)
to discuss daily life and its evolution over time?

Thank you in advance for your help
