The Hagley Museum is searching for a Manager of Interpretation and
Education. This individual will develop and implement a full range of
interpretive and educational programs for all age levels at Hagley, a
major indoor/outdoor museum located on a 240-acre National Landmark site.
Interpretation and education programs include general visitation, school
tours, and special events. The Manager is responsible for recruiting,
training, and supervising full and part-time departmental staff, and
preparation and administration of the department's budget. Requirements:
a Master's degree in history, museum studies, or other appropriate field;
minimum of three years' museum work including significant experience with
interpretation development and implementation; demonstrated excellent
communications, administrative, and interpersonal skills. Submit letter
