Amen to Jim Angus' straightforward analysis of how his site
relates to his museum! An appealing entrance to a site is comparable
to an appealing poster for an exhibition, or an easy-to-use and eye-
catching orientation device in the lobby of a large building with
multiple exhibits--that doesn't preclude substantive content in the
interior.
I did think Jim may have been a little tongue in cheek when, with
"half a million hits per month," he's going to wait till he has "a
fair amount of traffic" before he develops the online giftshop!
