I suppose my reply/rant was a bit idealistic. Problems do occur, and
personnel administrators need tools to work with. And the question was
"What policies are there?"  I just looked at my company employee
handbook, which simply states that personal use of company electronic
media should be infrequent and brief. I don't know what's in the
personnel officers' books, but there's probably a discussion group for
them.
