Stephanie,
For some sublime iceberg images, try American painter Frederick Church in
the 19th century or Canadian artist Lawren S. Harris in the 20th century.
>I am giving a slide lecture titled "Visions of the Sublime: The Majestic
>Iceberg" which is essentially an icebergs in art themed talk. Anyone have
>any "sublime" or "majestic" images to recommend. I have thought of
>Caspar David Friedrich already and photographs by Lynn Davis, Sheila
>Metzner and Stuart Klipper. I appreciate all those with any ideas. My
>talk is but a month away. Thanks.
