We're looking at changing our rates on a seasonal basis. One of the
complaints we receive from locals is that we charge too much. To help our
admittedly econimically not-too-strong region we are considering reducing
our rates during our "off" season to help out those least able to afford our
prices and of course to hopefully increase visitation.
